Your thoughts form your reality. In this video, I explain the basics of the subconscious mind, how it might be affecting your goals and habits and I give you a few examples.
I think it’s important to talk about this subject because in a lot of the self-help books I read, the subconscious mind is often not something that’s mentioned a lot. But many people struggle with changing their habits or achieving their goals, and the subconscious mind might very well be holding them back.
I recognize that the subject is much broader than this, but think I covered the basics pretty well here. I might expand more on this subject in the future. The subconscious mind is incredibly interesting to me!
